NAVTTC is looking to hire applications from qualified individuals for the post of Chief Programs. This post is established in Islamabad. Candidates having Master’s qualifications are eligible for this recruitment. Candidates should have relevant field experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Economics/Social Sciences/Management Sciences/HR or MBA or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
Experience:
- Overall professional experience should be 20 years.
- At least 5 years TVET skills sector including program design and development experience.
- Donor management experience will also be preferred.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age shall be 55 years.

Tenure & Pay Package:
- Maximum period of 05 years. Initial appointment shall be for 02 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
- Special Professional Pay Scale-I as per rule/policy in vogue.
