Senior Investigation Officer

Job Role:
- Should be able to investigate the fraud complaint.
- Undertake complaints, investigate, and research relevant facts.
- Liaison with both parties (internal and external) and inquire all relevant information related to an allegation and make a full and detailed conclusion.
- Determine the factual facts and take a decision to close the case within the time line.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of anti-fraud tools to prevent and reduce actual or potential fraud.
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations is essential.
- Maintain records or a database of all necessary information about fraud investigation affairs.
