Assistant (Assistant Manager Guest House):
Qualification:
- MS in Tourism & Hospitality Management (THM).
Experience:
- 3-5 years in hotel management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in room preparation, services, and routine computer operations.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 40 years (relaxable by up to five years based on experience).
Pay/Package:
- Rs. 50,000 – 60,000 per month (contractual, non-convertible to permanent).
Assistant (Quality Assurance):
Qualification:
- Graduation (BSc/B.Com).
Experience:
- Up to 5 years in quality assurance within an educational or research organization.
Skills:
- Expertise in computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 35 years (relaxable by up to five years based on experience).
