Heavy Industries Taxila Board, Taxila Cantt, under the Ministry of Defence Production, Government of Pakistan, has announced a vacancy for the post of Secretary on a regular basis. This opportunity is open on merit for both civilians and retired armed forces officers.

Qualifications & Age Limit:

Candidates must meet the following educational and professional qualifications:

For Civilians:

• MBA (Regular) with a minimum CGPA of 3 from a recognized university or
• MSc (Engineering) from a recognized university or
• MA (LLB) in Corporate Law

Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

For Retired Armed Forces Officers:

• MBA (Regular) with a minimum CGPA of 3 from a recognized university or
• MSc (Engineering) from a recognized university or
• Graduate of C&SC, College of EME or
• MA (LLB) in Corporate Law

Maximum Age Limit: 48 years

How to Apply:

1. Interested candidates meeting the criteria must submit their detailed CV along with attested copies of academic and experience documents to Director Administration, HIT Board, Taxila Cantt, within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
2. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
3. Government servants may apply through the proper channel.
4. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
6. Only exemplary retired Armed Forces Officers will be considered.
